Our Administration team at The Melbourne Clinic has a new opportunity for an experienced Ward Clerk to join our team. Working with the broader team, we are seeking a part-time team member who will be accountable for providing clerical support for the clinical team.Key responsibilities include:Greeting patients and other customersLiaising with Clinicians and nursing staff to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the wardPreparation of patient files, appointment lists, and coordination with other ward clerks to obtain ward patient filesMedical record filingProviding clerical support to the clinical teamLiaising with allied health, wards persons, and other hospital departments when required to facilitate patient treatments or transfersYou will join a friendly team of professionals who pride themselves on offering outstanding service and high-quality care to all patients.We offer a supportive and inclusive working environment.
