ABOUT THE JOB The Healthcare Nutrition division of Danone is a recognised leader in specialised medical nutritional products and solutions, consistently striving to offer highly innovative products and services to our customers in the hospital and at home.

This exciting opportunity as a Homecare Nurse Manager (6-month Fixed Term Contract with a view to perm) at Nutricia offers the ideal candidate a chance to build strong relationships with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
You will gain valuable experience working with diverse patient backgrounds and health conditions, within a supportive team environment that fosters professional growth.
Join us as a Nutricia Homecare Nurse Manager to experience a fulfilling role with autonomy and the ability to positively impact patients' lives.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Take ownership of managing the VIC territory (metro and outer metro Melbourne) within hospital and community settings, ensuring comprehensive coverage and support.
Provide comprehensive Home Enteral Nutrition (HEN) education to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals specifically tailored to Nutricia's products.
Contribute to the overall state sales targets, driving your territory to keep it on track throughout the year.
Develop a clear strategy for your territory that delivers clear business objectives and outcomes.
Work compliantly in line with the Code of Conduct for Nurses in Australia as well as adhering to internal compliance.
About you ABOUT YOU This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise both your nursing and commercial skills and work in the corporate sector with a leading provider of food for special medical purposes.

Ideally you will have: AHPRA Registered Nurse with a minimum 2 years' experience post qualification preferable within the community setting Knowledge of Hospital and Aged Care markets A strong business acumen, delivering high levels of customer service to clients, caregivers and healthcare professionals Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver training confidently to large groups Ability to work autonomously Detail oriented approach and ability to meet deadlines Danone ANZ focuses on dairy and specialized nutrition products for infants and adults and is proud to be awarded the Great Place to Work accreditation winner for ANZ in 2023 – a globally recognized program where we feature as one of Australia's top places to work.
