In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of clerical and reception duties that are essential to the smooth operation of patient care and ward management.
As the first point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare professionals, you'll play a key role in providing a welcoming environment and ensuring effective communication across all levels of the team.
You'll support patient care management, bed allocation, and overall ward administration, collaborating closely with both administrative and multidisciplinary teams.

About You We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Ward Clerk Administration Officer with the following key qualities: Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members in a multidisciplinary setting.
Administrative Experience : Skilled in a wide range of administrative tasks, ideally with experience in healthcare or patient-focused environments and familiarity with Microsoft Office and EMR Sunrise.
Adaptability & Organisation : Ability to work independently, manage multiple workloads under pressure, and implement new procedures confidently and efficiently.
Commitment to Confidentiality & Service : Knowledge of general administrative procedures, customer service principles, and confidentiality in healthcare settings.
