About the Role
The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer-focused team. This physically active role is responsible for the security and safety of our customers. Duties include but are not limited to:

Provide exceptional customer service;
Enforce rules and by-laws, including moving people on where necessary;
Perform incident reports and record occurrences where required;
Conduct foot patrols both internally and externally (requires you to walk up to 10 km per day);
Extended periods of sitting and standing;
Respond professionally, courteously and promptly to all customer enquiries;
Interact positively with all campus personnel;
Protect assets of the university and follow site lock-up procedures;
Respond to first aid enquiries.

Skills and Experience

Certificate II in Security Operations & WA security license;
First Aid and CPR certificate;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Can-do attitude;
Full WA Driver's License.
