PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support) The Executive Assistant will be an integral part of our organisation, primarily supporting a Chief Executive and the Board of Directors.

As the Executive Assistant, you will be the right-hand person to a Chief Executive, providing exceptional support to ensure they can focus on strategic initiatives, decision-making, and achieving organisational goals. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that require a high level of discretion, professionalism, and precision.
Duties for this role may include the following: Advise the Chief Executive of matters requiring personal attention, with associated deadlines, and preparing relevant documentation.Identify and follow up actions from all meetings as appropriate.Provision of relevant documentation for meetings attended by the Chief Executive including provision of papers, if required.Identify matters requiring attention and action or refer them to the appropriate person in the absence of the Chief Executive.Preparation of proposals, reports, spreadsheets, briefing papers and presentation material, as required.Schedule all Executive meetings each year.Preparation of agendas, papers, attend and record minutes for the Executive & Board meetings.Proofread all papers for meetings, working with others, as necessary.How to Apply: To apply, upload your Cover Letter, detailing how you meet the requirements of this position and your CV outlining your work history.
