Closing Date: AWST 4.00PM Tuesday 10 December 2024 This is for a Permanent, Fixed Term or Casual appointment at various hours per fortnight, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint a Senior Dietitian for our Population Health Department.
In collaboration with the Primary Health Managers, this position co-ordinates the development, planning, implementation and evaluation of dietetic and nutrition health promotion programs to the communities serviced by Wheatbelt Population Health Unit. In addition, this position conducts performance appraisals, provides clinical supervision, advises and supports dietitians in their professional practice and delivery of services across the Wheatbelt region, and provides clinical care for clients, which is consistent with Primary Health Care philosophy and the development of self-care and personal responsibility for health.
The occupant of this position is required to demonstrate a positive commitment to modelling our organisational values, safety and quality improvement and the Code of Conduct in all aspects of their employment. Compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, standards and legislation including Confidentiality and Work Health and Safety policies is mandatory.
