The exciting opportunity: Report into the General Manager of Community Operational management of a 150 unit retirement village and community centre, 30kms South-East of Perth's CBD Develop excellent relationships with the local community, promoting the services and building a sound reputation to achieve maximum occupancy Provide superb customer service, responding to feedback and complaints Instigate and introduce continuous improvement initiatives to ensure services meet governing legislation and accreditation standards Manage the budgets of the village and community centre increasing revenue and controlling expenditure Manage and lead two internal staff, contractors, and volunteers Coordinate the maintenance and refurbishments of the independent living units What makes this great: Avoid corporate bureaucracy and red tape and have your voice heard at a small aged care provider Be part of a fantastic company culture where honesty, collaboration, and kindness are at the forefront Great job satisfaction – help the elderly maintain their independence and quality of life Be guided and supported by your dedicated 3 D Recruit Career Consultant, assisting with CV creation, interview preparation, and career advice $90k + super + salary packaging About you: Proven track record in a Retirement Village Manager or Coordinator role Sound understanding of the Retirement Villages Act and Code of Conduct Superb communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills; able to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with clear boundaries Must be a visible and collaborative leader with a passion for embodying and promoting the vision and values of the organisation Kind, empathetic, honest, and with a can-do attitude What next: If this sounds right for you, contact Kamala immediately on 0424 435 152 or email your CV to ******.
