Vulnerability Management Specialist

About the role:Reporting into a Service Delivery Leader, the Vulnerability Remediation Specialist will reduce the possibility of security breaches due to vulnerability patching and assist with release and change activities.Responsibilities include:Maintain Service Excellence operating rhythm with the Security team to receive vulnerability scan reports, receive penetration testing reports, assess remediation criticality, and identify remediation needs including patching, upgrades, process changes, etc.Group vulnerability fixes into patch changes and releases.Work with Service Owners and Vendors to coordinate remediation of vulnerabilities.Identify and implement process improvements for vulnerability assessment and patching.Run regular patch deployment schedules with multiple vendors or various platforms.What we're looking for:To be successful in this role, you will have some experience in patching, security, and vulnerability remediation within a large complex organisation.
