About the role Working in a supportive team, the Volunteer Engagement Coordinator leads the delivery of a vibrant and growing program that connects compassionate volunteers with older people in our Southern Cross Care community, building rewarding connections and improving quality of life for all.
As Volunteer Engagement Coordinator, you will be a champion for volunteers across the organisation, ensuring that we can attract, train, support and engage volunteers, matching them with rewarding roles that suit their skills and interests.
Key Responsibilities include: Promotion of the Volunteer Program and recruitment of new volunteers Volunteer training, management, compliance and reporting activities Volunteer engagement, support and recognition activities About you We are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients. The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
