Employment Type: Temporary Full Time - until 31 December 2024Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 4Remuneration: $69,840.79 - $71,439.54 per annum plus superannuationHours Per Week: 38Requisition ID: REQ514392 Applications Close: Friday 13 September 2024REQ514392 Voluntary Assisted Dying Liaison Service Administration Officer, St George HospitalThe RoleThe role provides administrative, clerical and organisational support to the SESLHD Clinical Stream- Medicine and Voluntary Assisted Dying Liaison Service (VAD – LS), working directly alongside the Medicine Clinical Stream Director and Manager as well as the Manager and Clinical Lead SESLHD VAD - LS. The position is based primarily at St George Hospital.This role provides a range of high quality confidential administrative and clerical support services to enable the SESLHD Clinical Stream – Medicine and Voluntary Assisted Dying Liaison Service (VAD-LS) to achieve its objectives in a timely, reliable, and efficient manner.Working closely with the other members of the VAD-LS you will:Ensure quality, safe, and compassionate care for all those involved with VAD in accordance with the NSW Voluntary Assisted Dying Act 2022, NSW Health Policy Directive and SESLHD VAD-LS model of care.Provide a single point of contact for VAD related inquiries.Provide operational support to the SESLHD Medicine Stream and VAD-LS to ensure coordinated workflow and outcomes.Benefits:Up to 12 allocated days off each year (for full-time employees) in addition to annual leave.Salary packaging options that reduce your taxable income and increase your take-home pay!
