UC/ Voice Engineer $105-125k WFH/Hybrid (Sydney) UC/ Voice Engineer - Sydney - $105-125k - WFH/Hybrid We are looking for a skilled Voice Engineer/SME to join an expanding business and enhance their Voice and Unified Communications capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage voice and VoIP systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Working with clients to understand their needs and providing UC solutions.
Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving voice-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice solutions with existing systems.
Conduct assessments of voice infrastructure and recommend enhancements.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in voice communications, particularly in MS Teams.
Train and support staff on voice technologies and best practices.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Voice Engineer, UC Engineer or SME, with a strong background in VoIP technologies.
Extensive knowledge of voice protocols (SIP, RTP, etc.)
and telecommunications principles.
Experience with MS Teams and its voice capabilities is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
