VMCH Disability Services – Wangaratta has a vacancy for a NDIS Support Coordinator to join a highly skilled team on a part-time basis 4 days per week (30.4 hrs p/w).
In this client-facing role you will work with NDIS participants to build their resilience, capacity and exercise their choice in accessing relevant support services within the community to allow them to achieve their goals.
About you
You will be an experienced passionate Support Coordinator with outstanding communication and client service skills allowing you to build strong relationships with a diverse range of people.
You will have excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage competing demands to meet client needs.
Skills & Experience
Relevant industry experience and tertiary qualifications in Disability or Community Services Knowledge of NDIS, Disability Act and other relevant legislation Demonstrated experience in case management and identifying, measuring and reporting on client and program outcomes Ability to work autonomously and cooperatively in a team Excellent time management and organisational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement Valid Victorian driver's license NDIS Screening Check and Working With Children's Check required If you have the skills and experience required please APPLY NOW.
