About The Role
We are seeking experienced Injury Management Specialists to join the team during an exciting period. In this role, you will play a vital role in reviewing and strategically managing a selection of tail and complex claims, collaborating with Team Members, leaders, and our Third-Party Administrator (TPA) to facilitate recovery, return to work, redeployment, or separation.

Key Responsibilities: Support, train, and mentor operational teams in developing return-to-work strategies.Facilitate meetings with injured team members, store teams, medical practitioners, and other relevant parties to resolve issues or barriers.Provide technical advice on recovery/return to work issues to operational teams.Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including TPAs and healthcare professionals.Coordinate and manage self-audits on store return-to-work files.Support Team Members through early sustainable recovery at work strategies.Engage and consult with Team Members regularly to receive feedback on their progress.Liaise with TPAs to provide updates on Team Member progress.Identify and address barriers preventing a safe and sustainable recovery.Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in workers' compensation and injury management.Allied health qualifications (OT, EP, Physio) highly regarded but not essential.Strong knowledge of workers' compensation legislation and regulations.Understanding of workers' compensation self-insurance regimes.Experience with complex claims processes and workplace adjustments for disability.Critical thinker with excellent communication skills.How to Apply:
