What will you do?As a Visual Merchandising (VM) Specialist you will be working cross functionally to develop and prepare compelling merchandising strategies and communications to stores, and visual displays that align to the company merchandise strategy, brand direction and seasonal trends.
Other responsibilities will include: Strong organisation, planning, time management and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detailAbility to build and manage strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business and work collaboratively/cross-functionallyAbility to work effectively both in a team and independently, with strong presentation and leadership capabilityUnderstanding of the commerciality of Visual MerchandisingWhat are we looking for?An end-to-end role that will see you develop visual merchandising plans, seasonal and monthly direction, future planning, and in-store execution reviews and training, ensuring both a creative and commercial delivery of all VM product initiatives.
