Your Role:
Partnering with the Visual Merchandise Manager, your role as Team Leader will see you lead a small creative team of stylists and merchandisers to ensure product items on the floor are well stocked to create an oasis of visual inspiration for customers.
With your sense of personal style, visual merchandise principles, and a love of a dynamic fast-paced workplace, you will execute the creative brief strategy and work with your dedicated team to ensure the Eastland store inspires, captivates, and creates incredible memorable in-store experiences for our valued customers.
To be considered for this position, you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours, Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend shifts during peak trade season.
Your Background:
Visual merchandising experience within a retail environment.
Visual merchandise qualifications or working towards will be highly regarded.
Leadership or supervisory experience.
Sound knowledge in visual merchandising techniques, standards, and practices.
Strong understanding of trends and styles, and a passion for visual merchandising!
