About the RoleWe have an opportunity for a passionate and hands-on casual Food & Beverage Kitchen Steward to support our dedicated Food and Beverage Team within our Food & Beverage department.
Your duties will include operating a commercial dishwasher and assisting with simple food prep.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you must be a motivated individual committed to meeting the needs of our valued customers.
You will have experience working back of house within a commercial kitchen and be able to assist with simple food prep.
Excellent time management and communication skills, along with the ability to work efficiently and practically, are required.
Other key skills and qualifications we are looking for include:
Previous experience in a Commercial Kitchen will be highly regarded.Position involves hand washing dishes, removing garbage, carrying, and storing stock items, clearing tables, interacting with guests, plus assisting with basic food preparation tasks as required.You must be a hardworking, friendly & cooperative person: a 'can-do' attitude is a key part of the job.Will require physical ability to lift and carry up to 10kg and perform awkward lifting.Maintain high standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.Flexible and available to work across weekends and school holidays.What we can offerWe are committed to ensuring our Team Members are protected, taken care of, and celebrated!
