MoTeC has been a global leader in the motorsport industry for over 35 years, producing specialist automotive electronics and performance technology that puts customers on podiums every weekend. We are looking for a Visual Marketing all-rounder – a designer, finished artist, socials storyteller and creative maestro across all media and communications channels. What is the role?
In this varied, fulltime position, you will help shape the future of MoTeC's brand image, producing marketing collateral and visual resources across all activity streams. You will provide support to our Head Office Marketing team, international colleagues and global Dealer network, aligning creative output to our marketing objectives and business development goals.
Responsibilities include graphic design, product photography, image and video editing, concept to finished art for print/digital/multimedia, plus social media content creation and strategy development. Website evolution, maintenance and analytics are also managed by this role.
What are we looking for?
You will have demonstrable experience in multiple areas of marketing communication, displaying creative fluency with Adobe's suite of software, digital media platforms and website content creation. You will be comfortable working independently and in collaboration with others.
Familiarity with MoTeC products, motorsport, and/or high-performance automotive electronics is beneficial but not essential.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Professional background in marketing communication with a flair for design.
Ability to create compelling visual content, across print, digital, still and video formats.
Refined skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat and video editing software.
Competence in Microsoft Office 365 and Google analytics, with an aptitude for learning new software.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong willingness to take initiative.
A team player with a great work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
Effective time management with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to effectively present design concepts.
Experience in e-commerce and web design would be an advantage (Strapi, DITA/xml)
An ability to translate technical specifications into layman's language is desirable.
