Position OverviewThe Vintage Grower Liaison Officer is responsible for monitoring and assessing fruit quality and quantity in vineyards. Additionally, liaising with Casella Grower Services Manager to play an integral role in the planning stages of intake to ensure fruit is harvested in the best possible condition and in a timely manner. This position is primarily focussed on the NSW Riverina region.
QualificationsThe ideal applicant will have a Degree in Viticulture, Horticulture or equivalent, excellent communication, attention to detail, good handwriting and numeric skills.
AvailabilityApplicants must be available for the entire vintage period between January and April 2025.
RequirementsAll selected applicants will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical which includes a drug and alcohol test. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age by 31 January 2025 to work in the Winery. School leavers and working holiday makers are encouraged to apply!
Interview ProcessInterviews will be held in Griffith NSW, in October 2024. Interviews for applicants not in the local area will be held via Video Interview.
