Our residents are independent retirees who seek the company and safety of living in a community of like-minded individuals with services that provide reassurance of care when needed.Reporting to the Senior Manor Supervisor, your duties will include:Assisting with our colourful village eventsAssisting with meal & beverage serviceSetting up and cleaning the dining room for meal service and functionsResponding to resident enquiriesResponding to call outsUndertaking first aidInitiating emergency services where requiredBasic admin tasksConducting welfare checks on residentsOther tasks around the village as directedShifts:CasualStarting 3:00pm – 9:00pm active shift, then sleepover at the village until 7amAbout You:Availability for afternoon/sleepover and weekend shiftsA current Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain)Strong customer service skills, with a genuine interest in working with the elderlyHigh motivation, with the ability to take initiative in stressful situationsExperience working within Aged Care, Personal Care or Retirement communities – desirableBenefits:Competitive hourly rateDiscounted gym membership – Fitness PassportTraining and working with a supportive and fun teamCareer development and growth opportunitiesEmployer referral programAnnual vaccinations and skin checksHealth & Wellbeing and Reward ProgramWhat do we do?Our purpose is to create places where communities thrive not only for our customers but importantly for our employees.
