Selection Criteria Key Selection Criteria Demonstrated experience in coordinating the administrative aspects of programs, including planning, scheduling, and liaising with staff, students, and external partners. Demonstrated high-level organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced school environment. Demonstrated experience in using school management software and systems such as Compass and the Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to foster positive relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external, to support the delivery of enrichment programs. Demonstrated capacity to identify and implement improvements in administrative processes, ensuring efficient delivery and continuous enhancement of programs aligned with school goals. Role The Administration Assistant - Enrichment Programs will support the Director of Student Services and Operations in managing and delivering enrichment programs across the school.
This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of the school's enrichment initiatives, providing high-level administrative support, and contributing to the broader objectives of the Student Services and Operations team.
Responsibilities Program Administration and Coordination Manage and coordinate the administrative aspects of the school's enrichment programs, including planning, scheduling, and communication with staff, students, and external partners. Oversee the implementation of enrichment activities, ensuring they are delivered effectively and align with the school's strategic goals. Provide administrative support in the development and execution of new enrichment initiatives. Work with the Business Manager - Finance to manage the budget for enrichment programs, including tracking expenses and submitting invoices. Review and adapt administrative processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of enrichment program delivery. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the enrichment programs and contribute to the development of best practices. Operational Support Manage and direct the preparation of operational documents, including program schedules and correspondence. Supervise and provide guidance to other Education Support staff involved in enrichment programs. Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures in the delivery of enrichment services. Maintain accurate records of program participation, outcomes, and feedback to inform future planning and improvement. Communication and Collaboration Act as a liaison between the Director of Student Services and Operations, Community and Wellbeing teams, other school staff and external partners regarding enrichment activities. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the delivery and impact of enrichment programs. Provide clear and timely communication to all stakeholders regarding program updates, schedules, and changes.
