Village Logistics Administrator

The OpportunityMinRes Operations are expanding, and we are seeking Village Logistics Administratorsto join the team.
TheVillage Logistics Administrators is responsible for providing support and administrative duties to the Village operations team and Residents in the Village.You will have the ability to develop and maintain village admin duties which are not limited to -Manage Rosters, flights and accommodation changesAssist with transportation bookings/manifesting buses (etc.)
where applicableForecasting operational requirements for food, transport, room occupancy, emergency reportsManage end to end process for village arrivals and departures with accuracyManage village reception with high level customer service to all customers and stakeholdersFollow up and rectify any discrepancies and/or customer concernsAssist with timesheets, ordering, stock-take, Coupa orders and receiptingLook for efficiencies to improve standardsGeneral Data EntryWhat is required?Tertiary completion certificateMinimum 2+ years experience in a similar site based roleStrong Organizational and time management skillsHigh level Customer serviceAbility to utilize mobilsation and flight management systems (SAM)Strong Microsoft word, excel and outlook skillsAbout MinResMinRes is a leading diversified resources company with extensive operations in lithium, iron ore, energy and mining services across Western Australia.
