Videographer/Content Creator

In this role, you'll collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to develop creative concepts and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring high-quality video production across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
You'll engage with the community, stay on top of trends, and maintain a consistent brand voice while capturing and editing captivating content for both organic and paid advertising.
The client is a leading Aussie eye-wear label that was established in 2003.
They specialise in high performance outdoor eye-wear, ranging from polarised sunglasses to motorcycle goggles.
DescriptionCollaborate with the social media team & the broader marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with our overall marketing guidelines and social media strategy to develop the social media content calendar.Conceptualise (script/storyboard), plan, and capture video content that effectively communicates our core brand idea and brings alive the agreed creative concepts across all social platforms, paid and internal.Plan, create, edit and post content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube & meta.Ensure that the footage captured is high quality using professional video equipment, audio and lighting and reflects brand guidelines.Ensure current trends are jumped on and included in our filming schedule.Ensure that the filming schedule is systematically planned across the week and month, to deliver agreed requirements of the social media content calendar efficiently and by key deadlines.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and relevance of our video content.Content Creation - Develop captivating content for Paid Advertising, across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube) that aligns with our brand voice and aesthetics.Engage with our community and build relationships with influencers and partners.Strong communication skills and loves to get in front of the camera and promote our brand.Ensure a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.ProfileAbout you:
You have a passion for storytelling and can transform everyday moments into engaging narratives that captivate social audiences.Content Creation Skills:Experienced in creating and curating content that is relevant and trend-driven, particularly on TikTok and YouTube.Social Media Expertise:Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms, with a strong understanding of how to grow and engage an audience.Ability to analyse social media performance and adapt strategies to maximise engagement and reach.Highly Creative & Organised:You bring fresh ideas, creativity, and a passion for innovation while maintaining strong organisational and time management skills.Enthusiastic, self-starting, and able to take initiative while balancing multiple projects.Job OfferA competitive salary in the range of AUD 85,000 - AUD 100,000 annually.Mon - Friday (occasional weekends for trade shows & events & some after hours for live social feeds).Quarterly Team Events.Ugly products for you and your family.You get to work with a bunch of fun-loving individuals who like to get down to business.Great space & work environment with on-site parking, pool table, massage chair.Company provided fruit, snack station & drinks fridge.If you're a talented individual with a considerable flair for creating engaging high-quality media content, and have a track record for turning heads through social media channels, we want to talk to you!
