We reach seven million women each month across written, video and social platforms and we have the largest women's podcast network in the world with 55 different shows.

About the role

As the Group Executive Producer, you'll be at the helm of podcast production for a range of shows on the Mamamia network. You'll oversee the end-to-end content creation process, working closely with the Head of Content and Chief Content Officer to bring the content strategy to life. This role involves managing each podcast like a brand within the broader network, focusing on audience growth, engagement, and overall performance.

You'll play a key part in shaping the future of Mamamia's podcast ecosystem, driving the success of multiple shows and ensuring they align with the company's vision.

Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us:

Leading the production of a suite of podcasts from concept to delivery

Developing and implementing innovative content strategies for audience growth

Collaborating on cross-promotional and marketing initiatives to amplify reach

Managing and mentoring a team of talented podcast producers

Analysing performance metrics to continuously improve show quality

Creating opportunities for strategic partnerships and branded content solutions

Scouting and developing relationships with diverse podcast talent

Approving final audio, content, and ensuring compliance before distribution

About you

Minimum of 8 years of experience in podcast, TV, or radio production

Proven ability to develop and execute successful content strategies across multiple shows

Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing creative talent

Excellent understanding of podcast industry trends, audience analytics, and data-driven decision-making

Experience in securing commercial partnerships and sponsorships in the media industry

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback to talent and stakeholders

Demonstrated success in implementing cross-platform marketing and distribution strategies to drive audience growth
