ProSidian seeks a Videographer - Business Analysis and Training Support (AFRC6) located in Aurora, Colorado to provide sector-related solutions. This role involves creating dynamic training videos, animations, quizzes, and presentation materials to facilitate effective learning experiences for approximately 7,800 Individual Reserve (IR) Airmen clients, government staff, and stakeholders.
JOB OVERVIEW The Videographer will collaborate closely with the creative team to translate complex training concepts into compelling visual content.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop visually engaging training modules, animations, quizzes, and presentation materials.Produce high-quality training videos, including scenario-based content, to effectively convey critical information.Utilize graphics, animations, and programming software to integrate visual elements with text and audio.Design and create visual materials, illustrations, and graphics that enhance the educational value of the training content.Ensure consistency in visual styles and branding across all training materials.Work closely with subject matter experts to accurately represent complex concepts through visual storytelling.Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of training content.Collaborate with the ProSidian Engagement Team to ensure timely delivery of training content.Edit and enhance existing video content to meet specific training objectives.Desired Qualifications Proven experience as a professional videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing video production skills.Proficiency in video editing software, animation tools, and graphic design software.Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to translate complex concepts into easily understandable visuals.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address training content challenges.Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Proven experience as a videographer, preferably in creating training or educational content.Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects).Strong portfolio demonstrating your videography and visual design skills.U.S. Citizenship Required - You must be a United States Citizen.BENEFITS AND HIGHLIGHTS At ProSidian, we invest in our employees to help them stay healthy and achieve work-life balance.
