Victorian Retail Sales Representative - Contract About Us Borgcraft is a frozen food manufacturer established in 1960 in Melbourne as a family business specialized in Mediterranean-style, filled pastries known as pastizzis. Today the company operates from a custom-built factory producing filled pastizzis and other pastry-based ready-to-bake finger foods sold under the well-known Borg's brand. Borg's is also one of Australia's largest producers of puff pastry and short crust and sells products Australia-wide through all the large retail and food service channels. Position Summary As a Borgcraft Sales Representative you are responsible for communicating the benefits of the company's products to drive sales for your territory. The Sales Representative serves as the primary face-to-face point of contact between Borgcraft business and its Victorian Independent Retail prospects and existing customers and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing customers with information and assistance that relates to Borgcraft products.
Sales Representative duties and responsibilities include: Selling Borgcraft products using solid arguments to prospective customersPerforming sales analysis of existing and potential customers to identify and report distribution and ranging gains, losses, risks and opportunities Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future salesHelping prepare promotional programs to drive sales and build stronger engagement with key MSO'sJob brief We're looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage current and new customer prospects. This role is expected to start in December 2024 and end in May 2025.

The successful candidate will have access to company mobile phone, laptop, e-tag and fuel card. The candidate will also receive a weekly $150 (before tax) car allowance in addition to their remuneration.
