Job Description As VP of a Project Finance & M&A deal team, you will be working on impactful transactions with autonomy. You will be accountable for the smooth execution of advisory missions relating to financial structuring, raising required debt, or leading M&A equity finance transactions.
You will be the primary point of contact for clients, other stakeholders, and the rest of the team. This is the ideal job for you to apply your analytical skills and curiosity for out-of-the-box solutions.
After opening the Sydney office in 2022, the team has covered the full scope of services, including development equity, M&A, debt advisory, and strategic support across all renewable and energy transition technologies, including solar, onshore wind, offshore wind, storage, and hydrogen.
Responsibilities: Taking responsibility for advisory missions e.g. financial structuring, raising required debt, or supporting M&A equity finance transactionsLeading the interactions with clients, banks, and other project stakeholdersSupervising financial analysts on the development of financial modelsOverseeing due diligence processesParticipating actively in business developmentRequirements: 8+ years of relevant work experienceKnowledge and interest in renewable energiesA strong understanding of and mastery of financial concepts and products, and financial modelling techniques for PF & M&A transactionsExperience originating businessKnowledge of debt transactions (Desirable)Benefits: Salary $190,000 - $260,000 AUDBonus up to 60%Flexible WorkingVibrant working cultureIf you would be interested in joining a leading international advisory firm and assisting in their growth as well as developing your own skills, then please get in touch and apply.
