We also serve the financial sector, where we supply advanced software mainly centred on wealth management, a market expected to grow.We are now looking to fill the new role of Vice President - Chief Technology Office to drive our technology vision throughout the NEC business.About the RoleThe role will define and implement DGDF AU Technology Strategy that is aligned to the NEC AU Business Strategy. The role is responsible for all aspects of developing and implementing technology initiatives within NEC Australia and representing NEC's solutions to the market.Key Accountabilities:Strategic technological planning to achieve DGDF AU business goals and alignment to NEC AU Business Strategy, by prioritizing technology initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future technologies.Lead all aspects of Service Architecture within DGDF AU, including Solution & Pre-sales Architecture (Sales Enablement), Technical Architecture (Delivery Services) and Customer Enterprise Architecture Services (Customer Strategy & Roadmaps).Develop and drive an effective sales enablement & support function to ensure growth of DGDF AU solutions and services in the AU market.Act as primary liaison for NECAU technology vision and services/solution portfolio, working with stakeholders in NEC SBUs, HQ Divisions, CAs & strategic technology partners to provide input and insight on the local market for consideration in strategic decision making relating to technologies and service offerings.Accountable for all aspects of Service Strategy & Design in relation to DGDF AU portfolio services.Develop and communicate business/technology alignment plans to Executive team, Key Global Stakeholders, Staff, Partners and Customers.Key Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will have:Minimum 10-15 years broad industry experience in ICT/Technology Products and Services.Leadership of large and complex, multi-functional and multi-location teams.P&L Ownership and Business Case development.Sound Commercial acumen and contract negotiations and execution.Transformation and adaptive change leadership.Experience in solution/product management, and associated lifecycle management.Market understanding, associated trends, and approaches to product/solution development, support structures and processes, sales cycles and buying behaviours, pipeline building and management, and business reporting.Degree or relevant work experience.Industry certifications across multiple technologies.Salary Range: $250,000 - $350,000 per annum, depending on experience.How to Apply: Please submit your application online.
