Role – VIC TAS Construction Manager Mentoring a team of Supervisors to deliver great outcomes you will work closely with the Senior Leadership team to take the business forward:
Work closely with the National Construction Manager & Managing Director on strategy, new opportunities & resource planningDeliver team & individual coaching around core project management skillsets & disciplinesProvide tender and PM direction & support on major projectsFoster a culture of team, relationships, communication, safety, quality, serviceGrow the divisions profile with major insurers, strata insurers & loss adjusting firmsProvide exceptional service to existing clients and develop relationships with suppliersSupported by a large HR, Finance, Compliance, Systems & Safety teamsExperience To be successful in applying for this exciting opportunity you will have strong experience leading and growing teams:
