We're seeking a seasoned leader to lead a team focused on driving adoption of AWS within our Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods and Supply Chain segment. They must have the business acumen and leadership background necessary to help customers innovate, effectively add value to field sellers who bring together cross-functional teams including sales, partner managers, professional services, business development, and product teams to deliver revenue and business growth for AWS. As a Senior Leader focused on our fast growing Retail, CPG and Supply Chain customers, you'll have an exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of cloud computing, by leading a sales team dedicated to helping customers deliver innovative solutions leveraging leading-edge AWS services. The right candidate will possess a technology sales and management background that enables them to lead a team of senior sale representatives with engagements at the CxO and LOB level. They should also be able to effectively engage AWS' executives to engage in creative proposals and influence roadmap decisions. To be successful, the candidate needs to be a self-starter, show ownership and high urgency, role model leadership behaviours within the Melbourne office and develop a positive relationship with sellers to motivate the team to deliver on revenue targets.Key job responsibilitiesDrive adoption of AWS' full suite of services into a set of strategic Retail, CPG and Supply Chain customersExceed annual revenue and growth targets, applying high standards to business operationsManage a diverse and high performing team of sales professionalsEnsure end customer satisfaction and strong executive relationshipsCo-develop and help executing account plans with field sellersInspect joint-GTM activities to drive and accelerate adoption of our products, working closely with AWS partner and cross-functional teamsAbout the teamWork/Life Harmony:We value work-life harmony.
