A successful applicant will have:
Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalentIdeally 1-2 years minimum experience working as a veterinary nurseConfidence in all areas of nursingThe ability to work flexibly within a 3 weekly rotating roster including some reception shifts and 1 in 3 SaturdayA positive can-do attitude with attention to detail and high standard of patient careExcellent communication and client interaction skillsAbility to work well in a team as well as independentlyCommitted to continuing educationOur practice uses RX Works, so some understanding of the software is preferable but not essential.
