The Role
As an HSE Coordinator at Refresco, you will be instrumental in creating and implementing our HSE Management System across multiple sites. You will ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, manage external certifications, and lead risk-reduction projects. Your leadership will foster a proactive safety culture, making Refresco a safer and more sustainable workplace for all.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of Refresco's HSE Management System. Manage and maintain certifications and accreditations. Mentor and support managers to foster a positive, resilient safety culture. Ensure HSE compliance across sites and manage all relevant systems. Support incident investigations and audits, enhancing safety protocols. Coordinate HSE training programs across sites. Update essential HSE documentation, including procedures, SOPs, and risk registers. Manage HSE dashboards and reporting, using tools like SharePoint. Conduct drug & alcohol testing when needed. Oversee workers' compensation claims and manage Return to Work (RTW) programs. Develop and drive sustainability initiatives, reporting on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) metrics. About You
You are a dedicated HSE professional passionate about safety, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Requirements:
3-5+ years of HSE experience, ideally in a multi-site or manufacturing environment. Qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental disciplines (minimum Diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams. Proficiency in MS Office 365 (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Ability to pass a pre-employment health assessment. What We Offer:
