Our team consists of a diverse group of highly skilled veterinarians, including an anaesthetic specialist, and a wealth of experienced vets with specialties in areas such as ophthalmology, orthopaedics, medicine, general surgery, and care for pocket pets. The nursing staff, many of whom have been with the team for over 20 years, are highly qualified, with all nurses holding a Certificate 4 Diploma. They bring specialized knowledge in areas such as behavior, dog training, and surgical nursing.

Job Description We are seeking a Veterinary Director to join our team, bringing not only clinical expertise but also strong leadership and management abilities. This role is ideal for a veterinarian with at least 4 years of post-graduate experience, who is confident in clinical decision-making and managing a variety of cases. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable nurturing the development of junior vets and nurses, providing mentorship, guidance, and support as needed.
In this position, you will use evidence-based diagnoses, therapies, and treatment plans, working independently while also having access to collaboration and mentorship opportunities. You'll be supported by a close-knit team of experienced colleagues and a wide-ranging specialist network, ensuring you always have access to the latest expertise and advice in the field.
