Complete Care Team is a highly respected company that was established in 1999.
We specialise in supporting community based clients with disabilities and in particular clients with complex care needs, including people with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI) and spinal injuries.
We focus on all aspects of our clients needs, providing a quality home based person-centred service which puts clients at the centre of the decision making and planning process to help identify and achieve their goals.
The ideal applicant will be a caring, tolerant and dedicated carer.
They should have exceptional verbal, written communication and listening skills with a deep understanding of person-centred care.
A willingness to learn, punctuality, reliability, and strong problem-solving abilities are essential.
In addition, they should be able to work both independently and within a team.
Duties may vary to suit the needs of the individual clients.
This may include, but are not limited to:
Personal care - showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistance Domestic duties - housework, laundry and meal preparation Community access - transporting clients to shopping, doctors appointments and social activities Essential criteria:
NDIS Worker Check Working with Children Check National Police Check First Aid Certificate Working rights in Australia Drivers Licence Reliable insured vehicle Preferred but not essential:
