The preferred candidate will be enthusiastic, keen to engage and inspire our students, and able to deliver a curriculum that caters to students with different learning styles. Position Highlights The successful applicant will join the school with a focus on providing quality Catholic education, maximising student outcomes by offering a rich, relevant and holistic curriculum that is student centred, flexible and challenging. This full-time, permanent role is scheduled to commence on Friday, 31 January 2025 . About You As a VET Teacher , you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy. To excel in this role, you will be able to: commit to Catholic Education and a clear understanding of the ethos of Catholic Schools create and implement engaging and rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students demonstrate the ability and qualifications to teach VET (the ability to teach Business Services would be an advantage, and the ability to teach in another KLA, preferably English or HSIE, is desirable) utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences. You will have attained: a tertiary qualification in Education eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
