Join Our Team as an ECT/ Educational Leader/Assistant Director!Are you an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher with a passion for leadership? We are looking for a dedicated ECT Educational Leader/Assistant Director to join our vibrant, not-for-profit long day care center in the heart of Bondi, renowned for our outstanding community recommendations!Experience Required: 2-3 years in an Educational leader role and/or Assistant Director roleRole: Teach 3 days a week, manage office responsibilities 2 daysKey Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with the Centre Director and Board of Directors to ensure smooth operations of the serviceEducational Leader: implement and guide high-quality consistent educational program throughout the serviceAssist with our enrolment processes and ensure a welcoming environment for familiesContribute to the Centre's Quality Improvement Plan and Reconciliation Action PlanProvide strong leadership and support to educators and staffStay up-to-date with laws and regulations affecting early childhood servicesMaintain compliance and implement best practices in early childhood educationAssist with the day to day operations of the serviceWhat We Offer:• Above award rates• High child to educator ratios• 6-monthly bonuses• Quarterly staff events to foster team spirit• Monthly appreciation awards to celebrate your contributions• A supportive and dynamic work environment where you are more than just a team member—you become part of our tight-knit family!Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.Experience in a 2IC role or Assistant Director roleProven experience working with young children in a classroom setting.Strong understanding of child development theories and early childhood education principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for creating a positive and engaging learning environment.Experience with enrolments, Quality Improvement Plans, and Reconciliation Action PlansIn-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulationsAbility to inspire and guide a dedicated team
