The Verve Partners Construction team are proud to be once again partnering with a leading National Builder, to support their new office expansion in Port Macquarie.
Due to a new projects coming online and a strong project pipeline, they are now looking for an experienced & capable Project Manager to join the Mid North Coast team.
The organisation;
With branches across Australia, the team cover nation-wide Commercial projects from New Builds through to Refurbishments and Fit-out projects, often on a Design & Construct basis.
Their portfolio covers Defence, Government, Education, Industrial and Infrastructure projects, valued from $10M to $50M, with a reputation as a quality builder, projects are often won due to their ongoing ability to deliver high quality builds.
Key Responsibilities;
As the Project Manager, you will be required to oversee projects from early concept phase to handover, additionally you will be responsible for,
Managing all facets of the project including financials, schedule, procurement, quality, safety & risk. Dealing directly with clients to define project requirements, preparing scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification. Liaise with Authorities, Consultants, Engineers and community as required Leading project delivery team, providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals. Tracking and Reporting progress of the project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Oversee contract management including variations Ensure the project is completed to a high quality prior to handover. Provides supervision, coach and mentor team members. About you;
To be successful within this role you will have the following experience and qualifications,
