Project Managers (Government and Defence) – Expression of InterestAdelaide, South Australia, AustraliaJust imagine a future with us...Aurecon is a design, engineering and advisory company, but not as you know it!Drawing on our deep pool of technical and advisory expertise, we co-create innovative solutions with our clients to some of the world's most complex challenges.And through a range of unique creative processes and skills, we work to re-imagine, shape and design a better future.What will you do?We are seeking EOI from Project Managers for upcoming work in South Australia with the ability to support national projects from Adelaide.Ideally, you have over 5 years of previous experience in planning and delivery of Defence or Government building and infrastructure work.In this role, you will have responsibility for the development, design and delivery of packages of large Defence facilities and infrastructure projects.You will join our Adelaide Project Management team where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that 'bring ideas to life' for our clients across multiple sectors.Here are the key things you will do to 'bring ideas to life':Manage work programmes to ensure that they are delivered to client expectations, timeframes, and specifications.Manage change, quality, health, safety and risk elements.Support multiple concurrent projects across the entire life cycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling and risk management.Report to the Project Director on status, progress and completion of projects.What can you bring to the team?An excellent understanding of Project Management, and a passion for construction projects that make a difference to our world.Qualifications in a technical discipline such as engineering, project management, construction management or similar.Demonstrated experience engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders with the ability to manage competing priorities.Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.Be an Australian Citizen and eligible for security clearance as determined by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA).If successful, Aurecon will assist with your application, including application fees.
