The Venues Booking Officer: Provides customer service solutions to a high volume of phone and email enquiries from both external and internal customersManages the bookings process of the Council's hireable spaces, including taking and managing bookings using our booking and event management system and providing information, reports, and data as required.Provides operational administration for events such as logistics, terms and conditions, invoicing, and payment of hire facilitiesWorks with hirers and internal stakeholders to deliver eventsWorks closely with management and staff of all levels internally to deliver high quality servicing of town hall, meeting, library, and community room bookingsYarra City Council is a dynamic organisation.
