Recently renovated, The Courts boasts brand-new facilities and is set to open in October, offering an unparalleled guest experience.Position OverviewWe are seeking someone to join our dynamic team who is passionate and experienced in hospitality for the role of Venue Supervisor. In this position, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of The Courts, overseeing daily activities, and maintaining the high standards that our patrons will come to expect. You will work alongside management in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining cohesion amongst the team and ensuring our offerings are served to their intended standard. The position will include working hours during weekends and evenings.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day operations of the venue, including food and beverage service, order of operations and structure.Ensure the quality and presentation of food, beverages, and coffees meet our high standards.Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.Collaborate on the development and refinement of new menus.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and staff.Collaborate on promotions, events and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.QualificationsPrevious experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar environment.Strong knowledge of premium beverages, including craft beer, cocktails, and spirits.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Passion for delivering top-tier customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.RSA certification.Training will be provided to candidates who lack knowledge in certain areas.What We OfferA supportive and dynamic work environment.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.A chance to be part of a growing and innovative venue with brand-new facilities.Competitive salary and benefits.Full time, Permanent Part Time and Casual options available.How to ApplyIf you are passionate about hospitality and have the experience and skills to thrive in this role, we would love to hear from you!
