The role:An exciting opportunity presents to manage Melbourne's newest premier performing arts centre, The Round.
This role leads a multi-faceted team to deliver strategic and commercial outcomes, creative and community connection, financial sustainability of service and a deep commitment to customer relationship management embedded at all levels of service delivery.
The role will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to establish The Round as the destination venue for performing arts and hospitality services in the Eastern Region.
With a strategic and operational skill requirement, this role is a wonderful opportunity to lead a performing arts centre with a reputation for excellence that is valued and embraced by the community.
The role will manage a team to attract a broader audience and with a growth mindset, year-round venue utilisation.
About you: To be considered for this position you will have:
