Job Description Summary: This role requires the candidate to have an entrepreneurial approach to work within our social media division to develop innovative social media strategies, and then execute these strategies in the planning, content creation, scheduling and optimisation phases.
The successful candidate will need to work with Business Directors who manage and drive our client relationships.

Your team:
You will lead a small team (x1-2 other people) with direct management responsibilities.
Leading regular check-ins, twice-yearly reviews and providing mentorship.
You will strive to lead by example, looking after our client partners and inspiring our social media managers to deliver best-in-class work.
You will be responsible for:
TEAM
? Management of your team and staff goals.
? Onboarding of new staff when required.
? Regular check-ins with direct reports and management of client patches.
? Conducting a monthly review of your team's work to ensure that all posts align to their original social media strategies.
? Briefing, managing and ensuring delivery of your client's projects with the production and influencer teams.
? Work with our digital team to help deliver creative assets for paid campaigns.
? Ensure social media best practice is being executed by all team members.
? Report wins and client areas of improvement to your Business Director monthly in your 1:1 sessions.
? Flagging with your manager when issues arise with the team's use of your time on client work.
? Opportunity to work on other areas of the business but not limited to media, production and social listening.
CLIENT
? Developing and executing social media strategies for our clients.
Contributing to new business pitches where applicable.
? Managing monthly content calendars for our clients, ensuring posts are aligned with the aforementioned strategy.
? Strong client delivery both online and in person, reporting on content performance and optimisation.
? Reviewing all major strategies and reports before delivery to the client.
? Maintain strong relationships with our client partners.
? Management of additional client projects that are above and beyond retainers.
? Lead and be the facilitator of regular face-to-face meetings with key client contacts.
? Optimising new business opportunities with clients in conjunction with the Business.
