Read onThis is a brilliant opportunity to become a Venue Manager at the Melbourne Hotel.What you'll do:Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every timeManage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guestsBring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guestsBe creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiativesQualificationsWhat you'll need:Strong customer focus with the ability to get to know our locals and what they loveOutstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire & develop your team to provide exceptional experiencesProven experience running or assisting in the running of a multifaceted venueAbility to use financial and business acumen coupled with operational experience to effectively deliver the venues operational targets and visionStrong planning, organisational and problem solving skills including working in a matrix organisationQLD Current industry RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved ManagerAble to qualify to meet the state liquor licensing nominee/liquor appointee requirementsThe benefits are good too!An exclusive discount card for our ALH Hotels pubs & accommodation, BWS, Dan Murphy's and other Endeavour Group brands.
