FT/PT and Casual Group Fitness Trainer Positions Due to studio growth & demand, we are looking to expand our team with another superstar coach.
We have both a casual role available with capacity to become part time for the right candidate.
Our Trainers are an integral part of each and everything we do and are critical to the growth of our member base – from making members feel welcome the moment they step in our studio, to motivating, inspiring and guiding them through our 50-minute workouts, playing an active role in recruiting new members and retaining our existing ones.
Our coaches are knowledgeable in guiding our members in the use of our state-of-the-art heart rate technology and assisting with body transformation challenges.
BFT coaches use their knowledge, skills and abilities to teach safe and effective exercise at all times and use their great personalities to make BFT the best training experience anywhere!
BFT uses scientifically proven programming methods which we will ensure you are confident to understand and deliver.
Our coaches ensure our members perform perfect technique, stay in the correct heart rate zones and see great results, so your expertise is paramount!
Plus, our programming is always changing and challenging our members – you'll never be bored!

We have 15-25 hours per week available upon successful training period.
Shifts include both early mornings and evening shifts, highly suitable to those who are studying at University, have other commitments during the day, or like the flexibility that these hours provide!

As part of our team, you will work alongside our Studio Manager, our Head Trainer and other coaches within the team.

ABOUT YOU:
You'll have the following experience and qualities...
Required: Cert III and IV in Fitness essential, with further qualifications highly desirable (e.g.
ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning).
Required: Previous experience in personal training and/or group training.
Required: Current First Aid & CPR or willing to obtain ASAP.
Truly passionate about health & fitness and a desire to help others achieve their goals.
Confident, lively & dynamic personality.
Exceptional customer service and sales skills.
Ability to correct technique, modify movements and explain the why behind what we do.
Drive and discipline to work within a team.
Ability to build an awesome member community.
Highly motivated and have a passion to succeed.
Flexibility and willingness to step outside the bounds of the role.
High level of integrity.
ABOUT US:
BFT is Australia's fastest-growing advanced group training methodology.
We've incorporated scientifically proven training techniques aimed at reducing fat and creating lean muscle into a variety of 50-minute training sessions that are overseen by accredited coaches in a dynamic group environment.
