This is a rare opportunity to become a Licensee for Sonnel, a large Sydney-based hotel group that owns and operates 18 hotels across Western Sydney.
Whilst we have been established in the hotel industry for more than 30 years, we are currently going through a period of growth.

Not only do our licensees have the backing of the support office, but they are also empowered to deliver game-changing hospitality experiences aligned to our values.
As Licensee, you will manage all aspects of the hotel – beverage, food, and gaming. The role requires strong leadership and management skills, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. You must be a good team player as well as possess a high level of knowledge and expertise in the hospitality industry.
Key responsibilities include: Creating a culture where the team feels safe, valued, and enjoys coming to work.Using initiative to ensure sales targets are met.Extensive knowledge of TAB and Gaming Operations.Working closely with senior management and support office who share the same vision.Compliance, stock management, training, and developing of the team.Managing the day-to-day operations of the venue.The successful applicant will: Have proven experience in a similar role.Have a strong understanding of the hotel industry, market trends, customer service standards, and how to develop and implement them.Have the ability to engage and build relationships with local/regular customers.Understand the importance of leading by example in a professional yet personable manner.Have a passion and knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails.If you are looking for an opportunity with a well-established, successful group, where you will be supported to succeed, we look forward to hearing from you.
