We believe that enjoying a beer should go hand-in-hand with memorable service and atmosphere, which is why we're building a strong foundation in hospitality to match our Stryda brand.

Following our purchase of the Thirsty Crow Brewery in Wagga Wagga, we are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, driven and experienced venue manager to join our team and take the reins of the iconic Thirsty Crow Brewery in Wagga Wagga.

Your Role: Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time.Manage the day to day operations of the venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guests.Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests; providing top-tier customer service and exceptional hospitality to patrons.Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives.Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners.Manage stock levels, product quality, and inventory to keep the drinks flowing and the energy high.Plan and execute exciting events that will have people talking long after they leave.Bring marketing initiatives to life and host regular team meetings to drive success.Manage staff rosters, monitor performance, and find ways to optimise profits.Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to excel.What We're Looking For: Minimum 2-4 years of management experience in a premium hospitality venue, showcasing strong leadership abilities.Strong customer focus with the ability to get to know the locals and what they love.Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire & develop your team to provide exceptional experiences.A people-person who thrives on creating unforgettable guest experiences and knows how to motivate their team.Proven experience running or assisting in the running of a multifaceted venue.Ability to use financial and business acumen coupled with operational experience to effectively deliver the venues operational targets and vision.Relevant industry licences and accreditation - RSA/RSG/RMLV/Approved Managers.Flexible Availability.Solid understanding of operational efficiencies and experience optimising venue performance.Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly pick up new systems and processes.Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities while keeping an eye on the big picture.Comprehensive knowledge of liquor licensing and health & safety regulations.What's in it for you: Relocation bonus.Competitive salary range of $80-90K + bonuses.Flexible working roster for the right candidate.Opportunity to collaborate with industry consultants, grow within a dynamic team, and help manage a family-owned business without the corporate red tape.At Thirsty Crow Brewery, we're not just looking for a manager; we're seeking someone who's passionate about hospitality and ready to elevate the venue to new heights.
