We are looking for a natural leader to recruit for a full-time Venue Manager position to join our team who's ambition lays within hospitality who can take this Hotel to the next level. The Phoenix Hotel boasts a 200-seater bistro, huge outdoor area, function rooms, sports bar, and gaming facilities.

Your input will be sought in identifying areas for development.
You will be responsible for driving the performance of your venue through achieving budgets and implementing plans in line with the business objectives.
Key responsibilities: Hands-on leadership and accountability of your team, including supervision and evaluation of performances.Creating and maintaining an atmosphere where customer service standards can thrive.Driving sales to meet your targets and budgets.Product procurement and creating quality food and beverage offers.Controlling operational costs.Compliance in both regulatory and company standards.Participating in and contributing to group management, marketing, and finance projects.The successful applicant will: Have suitable experience in hospitality management.Have a strong understanding of the hotel industry, market trends, customer service standards, and how to exceed them.The ability to engage and build relationships with regular clientele.Have strong business acumen.Have a professional manner and presentation.Be available weekends and nights.Lead from the front and set the best of examples.Have correct certificates and licenses.Please provide a cover letter with your application.
