Reporting to the Area Manager, our Site Supervisor will be responsible for works delivered by our small team of store people. The team primarily look after military equipment in the warehouse, they are required to inspect items, log jobs for repairs on equipment items or arrange replacements.

Key duties will include: Acting as first point of contact to defence personnel. Providing guidance and leadership to your team. Ensuring training across the team and facilities inspections are up to date. Ensuring accuracy across equipment registers. Completion of maintenance related paperwork. Ensuring accurate work order records are kept. Could you be our next Site Supervisor? Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance and therefore, must be an Australian Citizen. Hold a minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership position. Have a can-do attitude with a willingness to learn. Warehouse/logistical background is advantageous.
