The Role As an experienced VRP, you will be essential in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our external Commercial, Demand, and Operations stakeholders, as well as retailers.
Your responsibilities will include stock management and achieving service targets while enhancing supply chain efficiencies from end to end. Lastly, but most importantly, you will lead the strategy for our supply chain offering, and work to secure new business opportunities.
What You'll Do Develop forward execution plans and proactively manage risks related to the replenishment plan.Balance your time between customers and retailers with flexible working arrangements.Lead the strategy development for our supply chain business and assist in identifying and securing new business opportunities, building a team as necessary.Collaborate with internal teams, including Commercial, Demand, and Supply stakeholders.Meet agreed-upon service targets through proactive measures and top-tier reporting.Promote continuous improvement in collaborative forecast alignment and customer-level inputs through systemisation, analytics, and processes.Manage product introductions and discontinuations to ensure smooth launches and efficient range changes.Build and develop systems to support the scaling of our supply chain operations.What You Bring: Proven experience in customer relationship management within replenishment or supply chain, particularly in the FMCG industry.A curious and detail-oriented mindset to uncover opportunities and provide insightful market trend analysis to drive commercial decisions.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt as needed.High energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both on-site and at the head office.A passion for hands-on work involving product, data, and relationship management.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Create Influence, Think BIG!
