We are currently seeking a skilled Automotive/Collision Estimator with industry experience and a strong work ethic, the ability to work in a team environment or confidently as an individual, in our busy workshop, with focus on providing high quality customer service and attention to detail when inspecting damaged motor vehicles and creating accurate repair estimates.
These roles are for a full-time, permanent employee with an annual salary starting from $78,000, not including Superannuation.
Contracted to RAC and most other Insurance providers, we are the preferred smash repairer in the Great Southern with a great team environment and equipped with the best technology and equipment.

Main Duties:
Attention to detail on inspecting damaged vehicles.
Create repair estimates, quickly and accurately.
Liaise with Insurance companies and Assessors.
Liaise with customers.
Work toward achieving the best outcome for both the customer and the company.
Computer and data entry skills.
Strong customer focus.
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Follow safety regulations and strong safety awareness within the workplace.
The ideal candidate would possess the following:
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in Vehicle Repairs/Collision repairs.
Have a friendly, positive attitude.
Great communication skills and able to work face to face with customers.
Attention to detail.
Time management, punctuality, and self-motivation.
Highly organized and able to plan ahead.
Ability to work as an Individual as well as in a team.
Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test.
