Responsibilities: Oversee projects from start to finish, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder identification, risk register maintenance, and communication plans.
Resolve project issues promptly and transparently.
Have a technical understanding of Audio & Video concepts.
Analyze profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization across projects.
Continue to build industry expertise and share this knowledge within the company.
Anticipate clients' needs and propose alternative business solutions.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the audio-visual industry.
Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies, with prior experience managing small to medium-sized projects.
Demonstrated understanding of system integration and limitations.
Formal Project Management certification is desirable.
Proven experience in effectively managing and leading a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Highly personable with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a diverse range of individuals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong English language proficiency.
Good understanding of commercial contracts and terms.
Commercial acumen and financial management skills; ability to manage project budgets.
